Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Bordeaux-style wine made from California fruit, harvested at night to retain a high sugar content and yield a crisper, fresher grape. Blended with 14% Cabernet Franc and 6% Malbec for extra complexity and aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, this ultra-premium wine offers flavors of ripe berries, minerals, pepper and subtle oak with a velvety, long finish.
