Recipe for Port

Cut fresh pears in half. Place in baking dish with cut side up. Pour Port over top and fill up center of pear. Place in refrigerator over night to marinate.
Place pear half on small dish and fill with whip cream.
Garnish with dark unsweetened chocolate.
Add a sprig of mint to the top and pour Port around the bottom of the pear.
